Two Year Scholarship
- NROTC also offers a two-year scholarship program covering the final two years of college.
- It provides tuition, fees, textbooks and uniforms for two academic years and a stipend for a maximum of 20 academic months.
- The program is open to college students who will complete their second year of a four-year curriculum or third year in a five-year curriculum.
- When accepted, students undergo a six-and-a-half-week course at the Naval Science Institute in Newport, RI, during the summer between their sophomore and junior years to bring them up-to-date on the NROTC curriculum missed during their freshmen and sophomore years.
